At KRYOTX, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear that has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the product to assist with the assessment.
If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns provided the item meets all return eligibility requirements outlined above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Worn underwear
- Washed underwear
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items damaged through misuse or improper care
- Clearance or final sale items (where specified)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
